Just the F-Zero and Actraiser 2.  Thanks!

Out of room for portables and I've still got a bunch to case up.  I'm seriously reaching the limit of my shelving capacity.  When I'm done with the whole Wiggy-SNES thing I gotta get that new shelving built.  I'm gonna have to start bringing down extra shelving from storage that doesn't match ANYTHING, and that would totally be a buzz-kill for me :-\

Hey, Gameboy Micro, we need to run down to Akron today and sit in a waiting room for like an hour.  Wanna come along?  It's a tad chilly out today, let's get something to keep you warm ;D

Where do you live and what store do you work at?  You should come over sometime. I often have BBQs and veg on the couch game night with some of my friends. We've been playing through RE1 on the 'Cube lately. A couple of my friends have never played any RE game, so it's fun to watch their reactions while working their way through. Takes me back to 1996...

I worked for the company from 1996-2003. Started at Coventry before the split (Record Exchange), then staying with Richard after the split (CD/Game Exchange), then, after being fired in a way that only Richard could do, I went over to work for John. I hear that they've since kissed and made up.

A HUGE portion of my pre-current gen games came from working there. I'd say 75-85 of my SNES collection was acquired while working for the Exchange. Some of you guys would crap yourselves if you knew what I paid for a lot of those games. They just weren't worth as much back then PLUS the massive discount meant that I would take home at least a dozen games a week. Man, before going back to college I had at least a thousand games, possibly 2K.

i actually live in indianapolis and work at the one in broad ripple.  it's only been open for about a year.  i'm assuming you're somewhere in ohio if you worked for them back then.  but thanks for the invite! :)

btw, your customization of your collection is truly enviable and i really admire your setup and dedication to the hobby.  kudos!

Thanks man!  I put a lot of love and effort into my junk, and it's nice to hear others appreciate the effort  :D

Yup, in the eastern 'burbs of Cleveland.  The drama that went on back in the day.  Holy crap, you shoulda seen the sort of stuff that went on.  On 2nd thought, maybe it's better that you didn't LOL!  'Twas a pretty crazy place 15-20 years ago.

I love the covers you made, I am torn between having retail and custom covers, I was going to have custom spines so they look good non the shelf, but I wanted to keep the front and back official. I may do Custom covers for Mario 1,2 and 3, because I have the original boxes but I have not desisted. I have time because I do not have any UGCs yet but i may soon if I ever have the money and space and only recently got enough carts for the 100, i currently have 21 NES games, 14 SNES, 22 N64, 23 Genesis, 31 Atari 2600. plus I am most likely going to collage in 2-3 years and if I move out to a dorm or whatever I will need to store my stuff somewhere and take up as little room as possible. Here is the spine templates I made, some of these games I do not own. The bottom SHES logo is not that dark, It's the water mark from the mock-up software.

Those spines are great! they give a sense of uniformity to the spines that's exactly what i've been looking for.

Would you mind uploading the template you are using for those?
