It's bowed, but that's because I went the cheap-o route and used common board, which had the bow in it from the get-go. I flipped it over hoping that it'll correct itself

The camera isn't helping the cause either. I usually try and stick to 36" or less. These are 4', which may be an issue down the road. If/When that happens, I'll just build a center brace
The dato blades are definitely useful. Before them I would just make a dozen passes, adjusting the gate each time
