I have shelving that I made which holds a number of Nintendo consoles, and a generic entertainment center which houses the TV and most of the newer consoles. Everything is gonna be painted white soon. It's so dark in my basement and it's starting to bug me. I'll snap a pic or two soon. Some of you might recall that I traded with ol' Kelly B (N64guy) about 2 years ago for this. Busted Panasonic Q. One of the ribbon cables was torn, and easily fixed. The real problem was the DVD tray brackets. They'd pretty much shattered at some point. For some reason they're SUPER brittle. I did a quick and dirty fix to get the machine working when I received it, but I always wanted to find a better solution. Enter Solidworks and Replicator 2 (which I didn't have at the time). No need to try and mend the busted parts or make something by hand. And done! :D |

What are PMs? :P Anyway, seems to work perfectly after a couple of small tweaks (printed parts are, well, not perfect). |
