Puling air-free, perfect parts from a mold which is not poured under vacuum is quite tricky. What this means is that you'll need to spot fill pits and air pockets, which of course ruins the whole clear shell thing :-\ I've got a make-shift vacuum casting setup, but it's far from industrial grade, and I can't get 100% perfect parts from it (more like 90-95%). |

I think the snes at least needs a clear snes shell just for the sd2snes. btw does wiggly own any flash carts? |
