They look really nice, but I definitely do NOT want to convert all of my PS1/Dreamcast games to a new case format. If they were all loose, then I'd be all over this, but 'tis not the case.
what are you currently using? original retail cases, dvd cases, the thicker poly cases or something else?
Originals (for the games that have 'em). I have a handful of customs for the games that didn't have cases, but for the sake of them all fitting together nicely on a shelf, I used jewel cases.
This was the only long box game I had left in my collection and it just got on my nerves

Step brother borrowed this (for about 2 years before I had to ask for it back) and lost the case. Needless to say, he's NEVER borrowing a game again from me.

Came in on a trade when I worked at a used game/CD store with no case. Artwork on the web for this game is über limited, so I just made my own from scratch.

ok but just because someone would get these cases doesnt mean they have to get rid of the retail ones, just store them in a box or something and pull them back out if you want to sell the game. The same thing can be said for people using Universal game cases with boxed cartridge games, the idea is to use something like this in order to preserve the original packaging, or to case any loose games if you have any.
I'm with you on this. I haven't tossed out any of my original packaging as a result of making custom covers. I just toss 'em in a lidded plastic bin to help preserve them
