L4Help: Photoshop Experts: Faded Receipt

This is completely unrelated to the site, however I have a giftcard (undisclosed) and the print on the paper has since faded... gay I know.  There is $25 on this giftcard, however I cannot claim it.  Would anyone be willing to attempt a "forensic analysis" of some pictures to see if it there is any way possible we could get either the barcode or the 11 digits from this?  It is really faded and I dont have any hope on it really.  I contacted their homeoffice in hopes of any help.  Also seeing if anyone is wanting to take a stab at the situation.  Thanks in Advance

If there is faint image left, try looking at it in different lights and maybe yiou can make out the text. UV black light might work.

Blacklight didnt work, heat gundidnt work, citrus I was going to try, but had a feeling it would ruin the rest of the tag.

I sent you an email Polygon.  I have a barcode reader, so if I can get that barcode to read, I'll be golden.  I just really don't have my hopes too high =\

Scan the image. Open up photoshogo go to Image>adjustments>levels and adjust the dark level it should pop up magically

I never got that e-mail. Make sure you're not getting that period in there. Or you could just try what irvgotti suggested. That's pretty much all I was going to try.

You can send it my way too, i can see what i can do. If there is a transaction number and store number on the receipt you should be able to have the people at that business look it up (depending on how far back the purchase is from).
