I'm looking for few last SNES covers to finish off my collection. I'm looking for the retail UGC covers in NTSC.

I hope he does. We need more people doing this. Even though uploading has been opened up it seems to be at a stand still.

it's probably not at a stand still.  The current people who add to the site are very meticulous in checking everything is ok before adding to the site - so it could be that the covers are either being checked, or just didn't make the grade.  (of course, it could also be that they haven't had a chance to check them yet too)
