You're welcome to take my "Compatible with Nintendo" parts from my recent unlicensed accessories covers (RetroPort, etc) in place of the Nintendo seal and everything. I'd also probably just leave off the Licensed by Nintendo thing at the top front.

Those covers look great. I think the N64 template is turning out pretty good. The blue definitely looks great on these covers, though have you experimented with other colors? The Game Shark might look cool with a dark gray/almost black background. Just throwing out some ideas, but it's your choice ultimately. I think they look great either way.

I'll be doing my N64 covers in a variety of colors, just like the NES and SNES. For example, I'm probably going to give GoldenEye a dark gray background, and Banjo-Kazooie a Jiggy-yellow/gold background.

The gameshark one should not have the nintendo seal, instead it should say "Piece of Junk, May Not (likely won't) Work"

You see, I modified the logos with "Unofficial Seal Of Approval" and NOT Licensed by Nintendo right on the front cover, infact even in the writing on the back in front of the seal it says in capital letters

"THIS PRODUCT IS NOT SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR APPROVED BY NINTENDO. THIS OFFICIAL SEAL IS YOUR
ASSURANCE THAT NINTENDO HAS NOT APPROVED THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT."

The reason I modified them in this way was to keep up the uniformity of the template, but I may put your Compatible with Nintendo logo on there TyrannicalFascist, maybe it would fit better, either way, if you don't like it, change it or don't use it. Pretty simple.

I've had no less than 10 N64 GameSharks.  What you say is entirely true, but it's more on Nintendo than Interact.  Nintendo was making revisions left and right to ensure that new games wouldn't be compatible with older GameSharks.  Hell, I don't think my current GS works with more than like 3 or 4 of my N64 games :/

Eh, I changed it, the blue wasn't really going with it. And yes I experiment with many different colours before I start the finished product, it just seems blue goes well with alot of them. Extreme G was a fun because I had to go in game and take some screenshots for the backgrounds.

I actually can't wait to see Goldeneye since that was my all time fav Nintendo 64 game as a kid, so many hours of my childhood with that game. It's funny I'm pretty much doing the not so popular games which is fine because they are fun to do and I want to complete my N64 collection with this template  :)

Lol, I'm going to be honest that's pretty funny.  I didn't actually download the cover or anything (since I don't plan on using it), so when I saw the seal I assumed it was unaltered.  An "unofficial seal of approval" makes me laugh.  Nice job with the cover :)

Wow, excellent work! They all look great. I've caught up on updating the links, so I think the first post should be up to date now.

I've got a nice media shelf getting shipped here either today or tomorrow, so I'll finally be able to display my UGCs, DS-cased, and CD Poly Cased games the way I've wanted to all this time (rather than in several stacks on the floor). Now that I'm freed up again, I'll be wanting to fill in some of the uncovered gaps in my collection.  ;)

@TF: Just took a look through some of your uploaded covers. I kind of like your template. Looks realy nice. A few things though if if you want to see your covers on the site as well.

Only use high res stuff. Some of the screenshots and background images look pretty pixelated.

Make sure to clean everything properly. There are still some spots on some artworks.

Did you squish the screenshots? They look a bit to narrow not rectangular enough.

Please make sure the legal text is correct. At least right barcode, correct product number and correct production year and "made by xxxxx" should be on the cover.

@tiktektak - Thanks for the tips - I'll be updating all of my covers anyways when the updated templates are ready.

It has been brought to my attention that a certain group is intending to sell my covers without my permission. My stance on selling covers has been, is, and always will be that it is absolutely unacceptable. Selling art that originally belonged to Nintendo, Sega, etc - even if it is altered - is essentially bootlegging. I want my covers freely available to those that want it. Anyone doing so does not have my consent.

Got California Speed done, the first is the original cover art and the second is the arcade flyer artwork with the Mojave Desert in the background on the front. The back background is Monterey Bay on both.

Starting to get back in the swing of things. What better place to start than with probably my favorite N64 game:

Banjo-Kazooie

I loved this game as a kid. I think I've beaten it completely 4 times. I still get those tunes randomly stuck in my head now and again. I liked the look of both green and blue as the background, so I'm making them both available to choose from.

Downloads added to first post.
