need help with dimensions

im thinking about buying a couple 6 disc bluray cases to make packs up and save space

The exact dimensions for covers to fit those cases are 3300 x 1760 pixels, with a spine of 220 wide. I know; I've measured several of them myself.

do you know if i will be able to print on the covers using A4 paper since A3 will cost twice as much and probably wont be as good quality paper as what i can do with a4

Yes you can.
Our NES covers are 3366 by 2100 and they fit A4.

Actually, A4 is ideal paper for our covers, so long as you're printing one cover per page.
