Does anyone have raws or a WIP that I can work with for a cover for my brand new SMB2J repro? :)

Thanks!

Super Mario Bros. 2

I know this was released on the Famicom Disc System but I have seen famicom carts of this aswell (likely pirated).  Since there are carts in exsistence then i won't leave it out.

....Or are you looking for one in the NTSC-U style?

I for one would linke US style English cover.

Here is good English back text by satoshi_matrix

I'm thinking something like this:

Mario is back!

Mushroom Kingdom is in peril once again! The evil King Koopa has kidnapped the fair Princess Toadstool once again and its up to the Mario brothers to rescue her. Travel back to the Mushroom Kingdom for 32 brand-new stages featuring even more devious areas to explore and trickier enemies to defeat than ever before.

Super Mario Bros. 2 is the ultimate Nintendo challenge. Will Mario and Luigi be able to defeat king Koopa and rescue the princess? Only you can decide!

-Experience the original Super Mario Bros. 2, originally only released in Japan for the Famicom Disk System!
-Play as either Mario Brother! Luigi can jump higher than Mario, but is more difficult to control than Mario. Balance is the key!
-Packed with new secrets, even Mario masters will find a deep challenge!
-For one or two players alternatively.

This is only a rough draft, so expect a revision soon.

To me, this game will ALWAYS be called Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels. I HATE calling this game SMB2J. Super Mario Bros. 2 is the one where you throw the veggies and stuff. I love that game, and I think Nintendo of America made the best possible decision in the world when they did what they did. The Lost Levels is ok, but I agree that it's too hard.

I actually prefer this SMB2 to the one we got. I like both games fine, but I like the original as it presents more of a challenge. This is coming from the guy who has "beat Ghosts 'n Goblins once without dying" on his bucket list.
My LPs Channel. Currently playing Legend of Zelda: Windwaker HD, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Resident Evil 2.
