Does anyone know of anyone that makes and sells new cartridge shells for Super Nintendo/Super Famicom?

I know Restrousb sells NES ones. Stone Age Gamer sells new custom shells with every Super Everdrive Ultimate package. I am going to email both of those and ask if they can sell the cartridges seperately. However I do not hold to much faith in them making exceptions to estabilished buisness.

Have a few banged up games that could really use new shells.

If you don't mind doing it, but you can take sports games and just use those shells.

This is what I do. I just pick up a bunch of old sports games for genesis, n64 & snes for less than $1 a piece at the pawn shop and use those for replacements.

Yeah, I'd do the same thing. If I needed a replacement part, I'd either buy an ultra-cheap game for it, or see if the Nintendo Repair Shop website has it.

I'd buy the replacement cases for NES games from RetroUSB, but at $4 each, that's way too expensive.

Thanks guys! I just emailed a few people to see if they can supply, as it appears that I am out of luck with onion for the time being.

I don't mind the price as I would only be doing it for a few carts that really need a new shell, if the work turns out to be amazing much like stoneage gamer products then I may just drop the coin and slowly replace all of them.

I'd just buy a really cheap game ($2 or less), throw the board out, scrub off the whole cartridge until its clean, then attach a replicated label, and put my game into it. Not a big deal, all things considered. I'd have more interest in RetroUSB, if the guy sold them in multiples for cheaper prices. I'm also disappointed that he didn't make them in the standard gray.

Something sounds fishy about that place, then. Until a better (and cheaper) alternative surfaces, I'll stick with my usual methods. It'd be nice if some company sold them in bulk, like a lot of DVD and Blu-Ray cases are done.

That is totally fishy.  I wish I knew where to get them.  I love localizing SFC games to SNES.  A Rockman & Forte in a CLEAR BLUE SNES shell would be LOVELY!!!!

I talked to the proprietor of retroUSB, he said that he may start selling SNES cases like he does NES. Nothing is definite though.
