The game with the 35 buy-it-now's and no auctions is Bio-hazard Battle.  It usually sells for $5 loose and around $10 complete.  I like to buy complete in box games - especially lower priced ones like this.  It doesn't make sense to me to buy a loose cartridge when complete copies are just a few dollars more.  Plus, there's no U.S. Genesis cover on the site for me to print.

You should be able to get it loose on ebay for $7. Complete its about $35 normally. I did a quick search and their are plenty available in the $7 range.

That game goes for next to nothing around here. Prolly grab a copy for $2.50 or less (paid a buck for my copy like 6 months ago).

Not eBay, but a auction site. Found this 7 in 1 SNES pirate I might bid one just because I've never seen an snes pirate.

What a coincidence! I actually checked out that same product on eBay today. I'm looking for replacement shell myself. How close to original are those ones?

Got one of those shells myself a while back.  They're pretty good quality.  Not far off from the originals at all.  The biggest difference I noticed was that one of the screws didn't quite line up 100% perfectly when installing the shell.  It was pretty darn close, but was a bit tough to screw in in that spot.  Other than that, they feel really sturdy.  Not cheap and flimsy.  Mine had an ever so slight "rougher" texture to it than the original SP shell, but that could have just been from the original being handled a bunch over the years.

As I just ordered a few hours ago the only thing I can say is this is by far the most complete shell set I've seen.

I've got some cheapies sitting here from years ago (like $3 each clearanced on DX) and they don't have screws, or the Nintendo badge for the top lid, or even a piece of the hinge shell. They'd only work if you have that color SP and you reused a lot of the parts off your old shell.

Here is a cheep $35 CIB Super Mario World. So tempted by this but I should not buy this just for the box, no matter what the compulsive collector in me is saying, I have the game and manual. I would feel better if it went to a loving home and not a flipper.
Still a good buy for anyone who wants it.
