I recognized those shelves too, but I doubt that it's NESComplex. If you do a quick Google search for Universal Game Cases, that same image appears, so it's easily accessible.

Watching the video and reading the description of it, is clearly that he is promoting TCP and UGC for every one to buy them or download the covers directly from the page.

On the description he add both pages. like madrocsz said, don't think he is the guy, don't think he is so stupid to sale them on ebay and promote them for free or buy the box directly from the page in a video.  :P

That would be cool if it was real. Even just as a proto cart, but if they really gave a crap they could just do a rom dump and post it online.

Also....

A Japanese friend has been playing it to try and get to Lavender town, however after over ten hours she hasn't made it... never having played Pokemon before.

Anyone who has played Pokemon for any length (and I'm sure they at least KNOW some one who has) could get to lavender town in what, 3 hours even being in japanese. In red version I did it in around 6-7 hours when I was 8 years old. So I just feel that lines complete crap

To add to that, even if they're not familiar with Pokemon and had trouble getting to Lavender Town within 10 hours, why not play a little longer? Do you somehow think the value would go down further because you played it for 20 hours instead of 10?

I'm having trouble understanding what exactly all the hubbub is about regarding this Pokemon game. What is it that makes it so special?

The cart is fake. Pokemon Green was released in 1996, two years before the gameboy color, and thus would not have "Gameboy Color" printed on it, or be in a black shell. The label seems off center...and if it were a beta, I doubt they would print an elaborate label for a testing cart.

There is a listing on eBay for a bunch of NES, SNES, N64, and Genesis boxes. Some of them we do not have scans for.
I'm going to get a few, including Mario's Time Machine for SNES.

They have Dino City and Ren & Stimpy: Veediots! listed too. Though, and maybe this is just me, spending $20 for two empty boxes I don't intend to keep really is dissuading. If anyone else is willing to buy them and provide scans so we can have proper covers for them, I'd be eternally grateful.
