And , read the comments he opened it and played it a couple of months ago. So is it no longer in the case?

I would steer clear even if I was looking for one of these and was considering dishing out that kinda money.

also I found a system on there that I am not sure what it is

see link

Does this play master system games?

I've got a few things on eBay at the moment, but I figured you all would want to know about this.

I'm selling a bunch of covers and manuals. Its for various systems so if you would be interested, have yourself a look!

I recently picked up another 360 on Ebay due to some games I would like to play like some of the exclusive cRPGs and some of the Danmaku games. $90 with no controllers but 2 games; C&C3, and Lost Planet.

Jeeze, another system bought without controllers, I'm on a roll.
My LPs Channel. Currently playing Legend of Zelda: Windwaker HD, Metal Gear Solid 2, and Resident Evil 2.

heres a link is it fake or not.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Pokemon-emerald-GBA-Game-Boy-Advance-card-/160750470505?pt=Video_Games_Accessories&hash=item256d798569

I think it is becuase the seller is from HK, Hong Kong?

Fake.

And here's the pic from the auction.

When I used to work at a Game Crazy one of my employees once traded in a copy of "Pokemon Emerald 2" for GBA.  If you put it in and played it, it worked for about 5 minutes and was a sidescroller, not an RPG.

(Solid first post if I do say so myself.)

I've been doing something similar - I recently picked up:

NES - $20, plus 2 controllers, 2 gray zappers, and SMB/Duck Hunt
Sega CDX - $125, plus 17 Sega CD games including the Not For Resale Sonic CD, Ecco and Sega Classics 5-in-1 (kind of a steal, the seller though it was busted, but he/she had just plugged in the composite jacks wrong, works great)
Sega CDX bag - $30, I'm actually using it a lot :P
Game Gear - $25, plus a few games, occasionally has powering on issues, but great otherwise

I'm currently watching or trying to track down:

GB Pocket (blue)
GBA SP AGS-101 (graphite)
GB Micro (silver, black faceplate)
Neo Geo Pocket Color (stone blue, black or silver)
DS phat (my original was borrowed and lost...)
DSi XL (blue or black)

I hadn't even heard of the Pocketstation until your post. :P

Nice!

It doesn't sound like we're watching any of the same auctions, which is good ;)

I wanted a Pocketstation for so long. I've kicked myself for years because I didn't just buy one when they were available at retail. But, it seems the prices for them have sorta bottomed out, so I grabbed one :)

As I understand it, there are a few US games that still have support for the device built in, including Final Fantasy VIII  :o

I'm going to attempt to make a SwanCryatal LIGHT with the 2nd one. It's the same color as my other one, so it's not nearly as exciting to get it as I am some of the other stuff, I just couldn't pass up the price. They usuall go for 60-70 loose with no games.

On the topic of eBay, I have some PlayStation 3 games up for auction. Please check it out if interested.

I also recently purchased a fake game on eBay. I am usually careful about paying attention to certain giveaways but this one was different. The game was Tetris DS. The picture was not what I received. The cover was completely different, the game case was poorly pieced together, and the cart was not authentic Nintendo. When I put the game in, the DS reads the game as a Star Wars game from Ubisoft. I think that is a problem with Tetris DS, there are a lot of fakes out there of it.

Havent been messing around with ebay as much as I used to, mainly due to I am nearing completion on most systems (at least the games I want for them) that and I am about sick of shipping costs.

I usually use VGpricecharting to keep an idea of retail value and usually set my goal at 60% or less. Many many times have I found someone who apparently didnt know what they had and got things cheap just by checking often. Also, I love the "make offer" feature, surprising how little some people will take for things. For example, someone had Ninja Gaiden Trilogy for SNES buy it now 110$, I made offer of 40$ and they bit lol.

Down to SNES remakes and a handful of PS1 games to get , as they are the only system I try and get complete when I can, tends to be expensive.

You gonna file a claim for that game?  I sure as hell would.

Buy in lots, that's the best way IMO.  Anything that you don't want/already have, just turn around and sell it.  Sometimes you even end up paying for the entire lot by selling just a few games from it.  Free games!  ;D

I usually do buy in lots, again shipping is a pain. Lately I find the best lots on craigslist where someone will be selling 10-20 games with 90% crappy but with 1 or 2 gems that makes up for the money spent.
two. Ended up with contra III (which i sold w/ extras for 35$ to make some money out of it too) and kept robotrek and paladins quest. Rest were all common 1$ titles like metal combat and turn and burn lol.

Ohhh man... I think I just got pretty lucky! I've been looking for the black Hori Gamecube Digital Controller (the one that looks like an SNES controller) for a while, but most of the time they end up going for $75 to over $100. I was bidding recently and was outbid, and the auction ended up going for well over $100. I turned around and searched today, and tried a new search for Hori Game Boy Player, and found a new-in-box controller from the North American release for only $35 Buy-it-Now! Sweet!
