You don't understand, the guy is from thailand (see the location from where is going to be deliver on amazon), he is going to win 30 bucks for the game and the other 380 dollars are for the plain ticket for him to deliver the game to your home  and have one week vacation in the states. He has the hotel reservation paid, rental car paid, the only thing he is missing is the flight ticket lol that's why he's selling the game for 410 "Elementary, my dear Watson" lol
