not bad , not bad at all  ;)

BenG76:

I just won a sealed Demon Attack for Atari 8 bit computer. It wont stay sealed long once it arrives  ;D

Rx_79:

I didnt know if that was good or bad.   I just saw the listing was coming to an end and dropped a bid.  Tomb Raider I always played at a friends house. It was never one of those games that I felt I had to own.

JDavis:

After quite a bit of lurking over auctions, I managed to get a Sega CD (model 2) for $35 (plus $15) shipping. Also included are a Genesis model 1 (which I already have, so trade-in fodder), the base extender so the model 1 Genesis fits on the thing properly, the metal plates, etc (all of which can go for a bit just on their own)

... Not included, unfortunately, are any of the cables. Since I already have a Genesis 1 and 32X and such, all I really need is an aux cable to get the audio mix going (easy enough) and another MK-1602... which might be more of a problem. I do have one of those generic Retrobit "universal" AC adapters for NES/Genesis/SNES (came with my toploader NES), but I've heard they don't actually work so well with Genesis..es and barely at all with Sega CDs (not surprising since it only outputs 850 mAh instead of 1.2 Amp)

Still, I feel like I did pretty well

Grats man, I am so intimidated to start a Sega collection. I don't have anything Sega genesis related because it's a lot of stuff to get the setup. For instance, I would want a model 1 with the HD graphics words on it, then you need two cables, one for audio and one for visual because of the model 1's setup. Then a Sega CD with base, plus the 32X, then to make the Sega Tower of Power, I need a Game Genie, then a SOnic and Knuckles, THEN... a sonic not for resale cart. THEN..... that Sega Power Strip that's rare so I can attach all the a/c adapters from each sega component, THEN.. Castlevania Bloodlines and Contra Hard Corps, the best two reasons to own a Sega Genesis, in the end it's going to be a lot of dinero, and it's hard to find a working Sega Cd and 32X and a nice looking model 1 console.
