Ahahahahaha!

Oh man, I love Craigslist.

I delt with Cregs List once and got a good deal on a 6 switch Atari 2600 with 31 games and a storage box for the games and 2 joysticks and a power chord. It was $30-$40. It was missing the RF switch box but it works well. He ha a boxed 5200 with a bunch of stuff and some Genesis stuff, but someone else got to it first.

I was talking with some one about a N64 and a controller and 5 games. He was looking for money or a 360 or PS3. I contacted him but he got a trade for a 360 wit a bunch of stuff.

I've had two absolutely AMAZING finds on craigslist, but alas they were also HEARTBREAKING as I was beaten to them.

One was an NES system with all hook-ups, 4 controllers, the Four Score four-player adapater, and about 25 games, 10 of which were complete in box and included titles like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Projectand Medel Palace. The price for this glorious lot? $25!

That one was nothing compared to the second. A complete in box SNES system, BARELY USED, with about eight games complete in box, also barely used, along with about another 6 or so that were cartridge & manual only. Among the CIB were the Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Super Valis IV, and Secret of Mana. Soulblazer was among the cartridge & manual games. The price for this glorious lot? $50!

You know how when you check out craigslist and you end up seeing nothing but the same old things that are always up there? Well, things DO show up once in a blue moon. The trouble is that all the good stuff is up for such a short time because people pounce on them. Funnily enough, if I had never seen these two ads then I wouldn't have cared, but since I did, the failure haunts me endlessly.

I figured this would stir the pot on the ebay topic:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/EarthBound-Super-Nintendo-1995-Box-Cover-Art-Only-/320818702719#vi-content

$59 for a box and artwork only.
Retro Deckades:
Even more unbelievable than that listing is the fact that one has already sold!
