I bought one of this seller's early items thinking I got a great deal, but looking at his sold history I get the feeling he's just stealing money.  The item I bought had real photos, now he's just making listings of high dollar games with stock photos.

Yeah, that looks kind of shady. I rarely buy anything on eBay from users with such a small amount of feedback, especially not high ticket items. And the only feedback he has isn't terribly reassuring. But you're right, the images from his auctions earlier this week make it look like he's just a collector selling off his game collection, but there's a lot of red flags that would make me very hesitant to purchase any of his items. Multiple listings of the same item with the same photo, too-good-to-be-true prices on high value items, descriptions with no details, no unsuccessful auctions, brand new seller - the list goes on and on. Hopefully it all works out for you, and if not, eBay is generally pretty good about siding with the buyer over the seller in these situations. Good luck!

^^^ those are the best sellers to buy from. If it's legit, you got a great deal. If not, eBay/paypal will give you your money back.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Shit is that all it takes? I'm gonna go home and peel all the labels off mine and hand write the names on. Then they'll be worth 10x as much!

If you want it, then buy and scan it.  I don't understand why you keep posting auctions of the game.  Nobody here is going to buy the game and then scan it for you.

Just looked at this guys profile for an update, looks like it was indeed a scam judging by the recent feedback, and it appears his photos were lifted from Sega Age. If you still haven't heard from him, it's probably time to request a refund. Too bad really, it would have been nice to get a good deal.

I sent him a message a few days ago demanding a refund because his listings were clearly fake, and he gave me my money back within a day.
