I mean, it's not even a real receipt.  It's a gift receipt.   ::)
Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

If legit, not a terrible price, but shipping kills the deal for me.  However, shipping might be cheaper for those in Europe.  Unfortunately, these were half the price earlier in the week.

Well, he does have multiple, so hopefully he only opened one.

Aside from the packaging, is the Japanese PSOne controller any different from the US version? Does the embossed label on the back of the controller have any Kanji or anything? I have plenty of PlayStation controllers, and even a CIB PSOne branded controller, but it's fun to collect all the variations.

I think I just stumbled upon my first Ebay troll... Opened Ebay to see any offers/sales I had. Someone made an offer of $5 on a $59.97 item. I replied with a counter offer of $59.96.  ::)
BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE. The guy sent an offer of $5.79 on an other $57.97 item(I just declined that one). Opened Ebay later in the day... He made 4 additional similiar offers at once. Declined all those of course. The heck is with this guy? How much time does he have on his hands to waste messing with people? I'm not angry, I'm just...baffled.

I suggest you do the same as me and block the user named "alebutl"

One of the many, MANY reasons that I no longer sell on eBay. The buyers can be the complete assholes, and eBay is perfectly happy letting them do so.

Idea behind this that you might accidentally click accept and then you'll have to contact ebay and explain and buyer can give you negative mark and getting rid of that might be impossible (though not anything harmfull if you explain it right).

Just set auto decline to level that you will not sell under.

On the flip sode to the Make An Offer thing, I despise when a seller has that ,but is just not willing to use it. I was going for like a $10 thing, and when I see MAO I think 'ok he's open to offers' but I was in a back and forth where I LITERALLY PUT AN OFFER FOR 50 CENTS LOWER THAN THE LISTING and was denied. I was so annoyed I just did not buy the thing, Just don't put it if you don't want to use it.

@larryinc64 Of course. I also hate the heck out of sellers like that. Most of the time I'll always accept an offer of 10 to 20% off (depending on the item). I put my items at a bit over my ideal price to have some leeway(plus some buyers will purchase at that price).

Welp I had a bad experience as a seller, and now as a buyer. As for context, I bought a small bundle of Gamecube games for $10. It wasn't even that great a deal(probably worth about $20). Paid for it but it was never marked as shipped. I contacted the seller for explanation multiple times, then filed a claim when I got ignored. I won(of course) and left negative feedback so no one else wastes time with that scammer. Now we're 45 days later and the seller finally shows himself...out of nowhere... Here're the messages he sent me.

"Your gay and have no life"

...and followed with:

"You actually take time to go and weite ur gay little review lol and who the fuck plays gamecube anymore get a life"

I responded:

"Well, OF COURSE I'm gonna leave feedback on a scammer's page. Unfortunately I'm not just gonna sit here and let you steal my money. I was always polite when I repeatedly tried contacting you. I dunno why you pop out of nowhere after all that damn time(must be at least a month and a half) and start talking trash about me.  There's NO reason for you to be so agressive. However, judging by your poor sentence structure I'm assuming you don't have much education. I do feel sorry for you."

Jesus, I'm a member since 2006 but never came across assholes like that. Sure I've had a couple of rude people but never on this level.  I was unaware Ebay was such a shit hole.

I had a guy straight up tell me that he wouldn't accept anything under his asking price, despite there being a OBO option. I asked why he put it there, and he got all pissed off and told me that it was his auction and he can do what he wants.

Ugh. People.

This might be cheap.
