if i make something totally visible to the public, it's outta my hands.
on the flip side, i'd just laugh, they obviously like it. (not likely to find anything of mine on ebay.)
a few retail games i've dumped, nobody else did, hashes at the time wasn't catalogued, and i make it a point to record the disk ring/master code.
unique to each individual retail disk pressed, and they used it as part of their submission.
twats! (that's not the same as the rom/data hash. a correct dump no matter where from is the same there.)
no credit, but it's all good, it's out there, and it just rubs my epeen fatter knowing my work gets around.
