I don't know very much about Sega CD and am not sure what I'm looking at. Did they just reprint/counterfeit the game themselves?

The disc is blank.  They buyer has to burn the game themselves.  All this seller is doing is printing some inserts on paper and printing an image on a blank CD and selling it for $20.

Paid $21.00 for Tingle balloon fight on DS.   Waited 37 days and it never showed.  Contacted the seller and he refunded me the cash.  If ti ends up arriving I will contact him and give the cash back as I would feel bad.

I did that once. Bought a large lot of GBCs from Japan that took more than 3 months to show up. Filed a claim before the time expired to do so in order to ensure I didn't get screwed if they never showed.  Won the claim, package arrived like 3 days later

Emailed the poor guy and sent the money right back. And it was a good chunk of change. About 80-90 Gameboys were in that box.

Not sure.  I left negative feedback and got money back so thats the important part.
