larryinc64:

I got a message  saying that we're listing it for their son and made a mistake.  :(. I'll post it when I get home.  It's not some big game seller, the cancel happened a hour or two after buying.

FritzWhite:

Still lame, but I'd probably just let it go and not leave any feedback.

Arseen:

Check their feedback.

If this seems to be the first time... let it be.
But if this seems to be their usual way... Leave so freaking negative feedback as you can.
Also claim item not recieved to fuck them (actually might do no good, as they can simply say no payment).

larryinc64:

chrissysauctions was the seller, no negative feedback concerning, though has 900 sales in last year.

--- Quote ---I am sorry but their was an error in this listing. This is my sons and I entered the wrong amount last night when I listed. The price should have been $35.00. I have never done this before and do apologize but I can't disappoint my son. I hope you understand. I will refund you and relist. I'll wait to hear form you before I do.

eBay (On the page when I see it) "A seller you've bought from"  :P

I think I will let it slide, not worth the fuss over $10. I see a few CIB for that price.

Seller canceled order claiming price error
Relisted for $35, my order still pending

What do? Should I just let it go?

He can't cancel it after the listing has sold unless you consent.  He can only request that it be cancelled.

If you agree, then it's cancelled and no feedback can be left by either party.

That's not entirely true.  If you walk up to the counter with a PS4 that has miraculously been priced at $1.99, you better believe that they aren't going to sell it to you for that price.  Many people will argue over the "legality" of such things, but in the end, it's up to the shop owner and there's little you can do.
