I seem to remember the minimum Paypal fee being 25 cents. This was from many years ago though, that may have changed.
But if this ends up costing the seller 13 cents, I will feel a touch of joy in my shriveled black heart.

That lot has been up for like a year. I think I posted it a long while back in this very thread. No idea what that guy is trying to achieve with that listing. It's not like its amazing or something and would get him some press coverage ???

My guess would be that he/she is using the listing to advertise for their store in Huntington Beach, CA and show what their inventory is online.
