This whole reproduction label/fake carts is becoming quite the issue. Hate to see the value of my legit items dip due to trust of the market fading. That said, it's just the nature of business.
Off topic, see people selling UGC's are still popular. Have to laugh at this one person tho, the art isnt even the correct size for the case and doesn't make cuts etc to fit NES carts

he get the money back finally. The last message of the victim:
Ok, some good news finally! After talking with ebay customer support the previous night and being told that they would not make a final decision just yet, I called back last night since I had not heard back. From what I was told, the previous rep closed out the case in the seller's favor (again, despite telling me that they would not make a decision that night and would also let me know the next day what the decision was...scumbags) but I actually had a nice conversation with another ebay rep last night named Tina who was able to help me. I have no idea why they finally reversed course after all of this, but regardless they did right by me and refunded my money. I am SO glad this ordeal is over. Thanks to all who helped me. I will not be buying games off ebay for a while...maybe after I lick my wounds I will check again but be more cautious this time for sure.
On my experience, paypal is always on the buyer side. You can use any excuse and paypal freeze the seller's account until the resolution.. of course if the seller is a scammer nice that they do this, but i lost precious games due this (and i can't do anything because the spanish laws)..

This isn't really true. But they DO put an immediate hold on the funds from that particular transaction while it's being resolved. PayPal does side with the buyer about 99% of the time though, that is quite true. It's a headache when, as a seller, you've done all you can and the buyer is technically at fault :(

Bad english by my side (Spanish speaker here ^^u), i wanted to say that freeze the payment. What i hate of paypal it's the "investigate proccess" that they made (when i give to this "specialist" enough evidence that the buyer it's lying).
And i don't know in other countries but in Spain if you are a store and do a full refund to the buyer (because the buyer want to cancel the order, etc) ... paypal charges you with 0,20 or 0,50€ (i don't remember well this quantity) making you lose money -_-
wiggy:
There's no fee here, but you do lose money on the shipping. Whatever you paid for shipping goes back to the buyer, which is SUPER annoying when it's their fault and PayPal sides with them.

I don't mind the repro sellers as long as you state its a repro.
As for the UGC. This seller does make the cuts for NES games but the paper is all wrong. He should be using Legal Paper and then cut to size. However, $9 is a bit much for a case where the artwork is most likely from this site. In all fairness, I sell the cases too but i only charge $6 shipped. I also try and do my best to support the site as well. Although i have been away for a while.

Someone already mentioned it, but it looks like he does cut out the inside tabs for NES games. However, I agree that he is overcharging considering the insert doesn't fit.
In his defense, I like the idea of inside artwork. I never even thought about that. My printer even prints double sided...................getting ideas............
