is it me or does this Little Samson seem a little...fake?

Although it doesn't look at face at first glance, if you look closely, it seems as if the seal of approval is a bit darker than normal. Again, i don't know if it's fake or i can't even look at rare and expensive games without thinking they're fake (i'm looking at you Earthbound). Little Samson is also a controversy of being pirated.

In that case PayPal loses money, buyer always gets refund if he can prove it's fake (somewhat easy to prove if you open the cart).

I was worried about an ebay purchase too at one time. I did a little investigating because the box in the photo appeared to be fake. I realized that a lot of people use smart phones / iphones to make photos. Certain photos made with phones can make boxes and labels look fake for some reason. I've looked at the photo but it looks like a phone was used to make the photo - in my opinion.
