Brazil is the only country I know that has/had L ratings.  It was for kids, so it  would probably seem right for MM64. 

Also if he's saying it plays on his stock NTSC 64, it's not from a PAL territory.

Oh I like Ninja Gaiden Trilogy. It just looks different than the regular Super Fam version so I was wondering if this is a bootleg and if so if it's ok or poor quality. It's such an expensive game for snes so this seems kind of cheap

Now that you mention:

That is fake cart.

Description says that it fits US and JAP SNES which means that the cart shell is one of those snap-on fake ones.
Whited out "screw holes" point to that too as real cart would have screws there but on the snap-on on fake there is just gray plastic.

So the cart is bootleg.

I have ordered from the seller before and they are Bootleg , its the super famicom version they work on snes console, if you mind having a bootleg go for it. I still want to get a original cart but unless i get a deal on one i wont pay current retail price maybe i'll get lucky and find one in the wild..

Wlel if those are original then quality is as good as the original's.
