To my knowledge no new 3DS game come heat sealed. They all have that Nintendo branded wrapping.

Also wouldn't put it past EB Games Australia re-sealing the games in the back of their stores, after the employees have played them for a week or so.

Funny how he has lazily added label crappily and it is wrinkled which makes it "factory defect" and more rare.

I have better copy of that game.

On the other hand again he is not saying made by which factory and that might really be the only crappily made copy.

I think TMNT IV Turtles in Time is expensive. Do I need to buy the Japanese version of TMNT Turtles in Time?

Unfortunately the SFC versions of many SNES games are becoming quite pricey as well

I had no idea that TNMT Turtles in Time was getting expensive. I picked up a copy at the flea market a few weeks ago for $4. Good to know.

They're still quite a bit cheaper than the SNES versions.
