LOL!

http://m.ebay.com/itm/290790567247?nav=SEARCH&sbk=1

thats not "LOL!", its "choke-on-my-tea-nearly-have-an-accident-on-my-PC!"

you can get all those for MUCH less than that!

in fact you could probably build 6 dedicated arcade machines, and make them all look nice with marquees', side art and custom control panels for less!

shit, you could get a house for less than that!

Looking around for Dragon Quest on the Famicom and found these. I been looking for Dragon Quest Famicom scans to make boxes and these ones are way wrong. Not sure who made it but he is using Dragon Quest scans from the famicom with the SNES layout.

Here's a classic eBay seller faux pas. I win this item, and get a killer deal (it's brand new).

Seller decides he doesn't like the fact that it sold for so little, and sends me a "cancel transaction request" claiming that the item was "sold to another buyer".  Nope. Ship it or get reported.

Well I called him out on his bullshit and he actually sent it. I'm quite surprised to be honest.

Glad it worked out for you.  I wasn't so fortunate recently.

I won a complete in box copy of Sonic & Knuckles for $0.99 + $4 shipping.  I paid right away, but it was never shipped, nor did he reply to my inquiries.  After two weeks I had to file an "item not received" report.  It still took him another week to give me my money back.

How is it that people are able to get away with this? 2 of the 3 DS games (not including the 3DS one) look like they are heat sealed....not Y-fold. But the seller gets to call them New Factory Sealed?

Well he did not say that the seal is original... maybe he has factory that seal the stuff... that would be factory seale... ::)

But yeah I do agree.
But of course we can be dicks and buy them and then claim no show, or if sent signed for trash the things and claim that they came broken and if they want return sent it by the most expensive way as they have to pay the return if the item arrives broken.

I work part time at Gamestop, and I have seen new 3DS & Xbox 360 games with "heat sealed" wrapping as well as with the "Y" fold wrapping.  I see the heat sealed wrapping more and more lately.

Each uses a slightly different type of cellophane as well.  The Y fold cellophane is very crinkly, while the heat sealed plastic is more like Saran wrap.

The games that I've noticed this on are brand new releases, so it's not like they are older "gutted" games that have been re-wrapped and sent to us.
