Prices at the time were more around $40 or even $45 so I feel like I got out alright. And Gameboy titles on a big projector screen amounts to something like a religious experience. ;D |

30 bucks is definitely nothing to be sad about :) So, I realized that I never mintioned my score in this thread. I bought 3 store return red 3DS systems knowing that they're all still under warranty (the red one came out last september and they have a 1 year warranty). 200 bucks, all like new in their boxes. I got the first one back last night. Been messing around with it a bunch today. Definitely a fun toy, and it was a steal for about 65 bucks ;D |

but your going to be looking at about $200 for the PS3 all together now... You might as well have just gotten a new one for a few bucks more with a warranty and much larger hard drive. I suppose if you are that serious about the backwards compatibility then its not bad. My 80gb (Now 250) gathers dust....never use it for anything. |

I wish I had a fully B/C PS3. Having to drag out the PS2 is a chore. But, by the time I bought a PS3 (the first time), that wasn't an option, and with how poorly the current crop of consoles hold up, I didn't wanna risk buying a used 1st gen system. Too many are YLODing as far as I can tell. |
