Might be real as the actual case doesn't seem to have hang tab like other games, which means that the case might have been designed to be sealed. |

Pretty sure that's real. I ran into a few of those EA games that were sealed at a flea market not too long ago (nothing good). Had the same style shrink wrap and the same stick on hang tab (as opposed to being molded on the case itself). |
