Ugh, shady eBay sellers. Ordered some GBA SP batteries and have had my email flooded with spam from multiple sites saying something along the lines of "thank you for your purchase of blah blah blah, click the link for free "insert name here" gift card.
Of coarse if you click the link its full of redirects and spyware.

I would hope contacting buyers outside of ebay with spam mail is against TOS.
Sadly I would have to call ebay, and I hate talking to reps on the phone.
Will have to get around to doing that later.

Situations like this really piss me off. Also it was a US seller. -_-

Not sure if its against their TOS. I know it is for Amazon sellers. You can probably just email them from your account and they can take care of it. I am sure they don't want sellers spamming their customers. But it also might be malware on your PC.

Yeeea, I don't have any malware on my pc.
I'm pretty meticulous about that. After that I ran multiple antivirus and spyware/malware programs.
eBay keeps changing around everything, it seems it won't let me just email them, it only gives me the option to call or have them call me.

Anyway, I received at least 5 emails in regards to that purchase from 3rd parties. Fucking ridiculous

His auction violates eBay TOS actually.  He blatantly says that he wants to sell it outside of ebay and that he refuses to pay their fee for a reserve auction.  I imagine that auction won't be up for long before it gets shut down.

How much of a douche are you by being too cheap to pay a $20 fee when selling something for $1,800?  It costs money to sell on ebay.  Why is that such a problem for some people?

Do it!!!!!!!!1

edit: after looking at the auction on my computer, it appears that it's from Timewalk, in which case it coulde very well be "new", since they use their own boards and I believe cart shells.  But the funny part is this:

Changes to Hong Kong mail regulations may cause delayed shipments

Recently the Hong Kong Post announced that all items shipping by air are now subject to x-ray screening for regulated materials. This additional screening may cause delayed shipment due to no fault of the seller, so if you purchased an item from a seller in Hong Kong, please allow extra time for delivery—at least a week more than the seller’s stated delivery time.

Also note that items containing the regulated materials are being returned to sellers and not delivered. These items may include:

Items with lithium batteries such as video cameras, walkie talkies/2-way radios, GPS devices, radio-controlled toys, Bluetooth headsets, smartphones/mobiles, laptop computers, shavers, power drills, tablets and portable DVD players
Liquid beauty products, including fragrances, colognes, lotions, and toner
Items with “eliquids” such as electronic cigarettes and lighters

Last time my purchases were in the US in 3 days. (sat in customs for a few days after)

Yea, they haven't left china yet. This may take a while.
One of the orders was lithium coin cell batteries. Hope they make it threw. -_-

Not a video game at all, but I bought a Rutles LP for $11

If you are a fan of the Beatles, I suggest checking them out, it's a great parody that captures the spirit of the Beatles well. George was even in the movie!
