Here's my stab at the PCE side of the template. I'm still not sure if I like it or not.
The template has separate banners for HuCards, CD-Rom 2, Super CD-Rom 2 and Arcade CD-Rom games.
Tell me what you think.

I like the Pc Engine Template a lot more than the Turbografx....

I'm still making tweaks to the TG-16/TG-CD template, but it's just some minor things. The main part of both templates is done.
