Should be doable.
Just shrink it, and if nesessary simplify it a bit.

cases have already been made for many of the downloadable formats - use the search function to see them
if you have a specific request for a specific case/size - by all means post it
if you find a cheap source of flash drives - feel free to let people know
at the moment you have 2 pages of shit that nobody needs/wants to read - mostly consisting of you not understanding a companies pricing structure and thinking you can buy hundreds of high capacity cards for peanuts.
