Games on a Flash Drive: Cover and Case Idea

If only I could find a way to label these flash drives with the logo of each game:

How would we go about putting stickers on those flash drives?
Can we but any of those flash drives in bulk? This is what I am most confused about.

Print small enough stickers
For extra hold use clear laquer.

Those are bulk prices per drive.
For final price multiply unit price by number of units.
The more you buy the lower the unit price will be.

Anyone wanting to start a Xbox Live Arcade or Virtual Console/Wiiware cover project could always figure out how much megabytes each file takes up and then buy the cheapest flash drives in bulk. I am currently hunting for a website that has the file sizes and blcoks for all the online services and retail titles for each major console.
