i heard about this issue before. i heard capcom executives said that it was not necessary to replay the game. I 've never played it, but its like restarting an MMO or something, but pointless according to capcom. |

This really isn't anything new. Several GBA titles kept high scores and such in part of the memory that wasn't typically user accessible. No one complained then...? |

Once you have cleared the game, you cannot start the game from beginning completely. You can replay the missions, but that's not the same as playing the game again from start to finish. Have I understood right? |

But If I have understood correctly the problem is not that you can't reset the high scores, but the fact that you cannot reset the save state (progress in game) and start ciomletely from the scratch. |
