PLEASE NOTE: unless otherwise stated all requests are for CUSTOM PAL

N64

Mortal Kombat 4
Pilot Wings
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2

i am aware that the following game is for the super famicom, but having the cover as PAL would make it fit in with the rest of my games.

Alcahest

im not really in a great rush to have the covers, my black ink is running low and i wont be getting a new one until the start of next month,

thanks,

Dr.Agon

Nope, but I like to keep my games in US style covers.
And of course I could order Really Energitic Positive Robust Omelette version of it...

i am aware that the following games are for the super famicom, but having the covers as PAL would make them fit in with the rest of my games.

unfortunatly i cant yet read japanese so cant tell you the full names of the following three games;

Ranma 3

This is the only one I've done (because it's the only one that I own). It's not PAL, but I'll gladly make you a PAL version if you'd like.  Also, if you do indeed have the covers for these, I'd LOVE to have scans of the lot.  I couldn't find high res images of these anywhere on the web, and to be honest, most Ranma art is crap and finding good fan art is tough.  If you get me scans, then I'll GLADLY make a series of PAL covers using the original box art ;D

Ranma ½ SFC

wiggy you are the man! (unless your a woman), im so glad right now!

i do have all three games in boxes, thats where i got the scans from,
im a huge retro nut, a few years ago i found a site that sells japanese games and merch in perfect or almost perfect condition, so all of my imports have boxes/manuals and in some cases vouchers/cards/advertising stuff etc.

its late here (11:30) gonna watch some shit on tv with a cuppa, so i'll do some 300 or 600 scans tomorrow, what do you need?, front/sides/ends/back/all?

y'know, i might just have to find some ranma too!

ok, done some scans for you wiggy;

http://photobucket.com/ranmascans

for quickness i did 2 games at once, should be easy enough to seperate them, the game with the yellow border has 2 different pics on the sides depicting the 2 sides of ranma, i'll leave it to you to decide which one to use for the spine of that game

...could you find the time to do the other games as well?, if you need scans of those just let me know

OK, l'll take a look at em tonight.

Any chance you could upload them to something like media share?  Photobucket resamples the images and degrades the quality a LOT. There's also rapidshare. I don't think either require that you sign up or anything. Just ZIP/RAR the files and up em then provide the link.

Photofucket must have resampled them down to damn near nothing.  Each cover ends up being about 500x900 pixels.

Just so you can see what I'm saying, this what it looks like when I dump it into my template (which is @ 300dpi) :/

Plus, there's all kinds of JPG artifact issues going on (again, this is Photobucket destroying the image)

Aaand I find another 2 typos in my template.  This is why you don't proofread your own work, people :/

Now I have to fix it and freakin' re-upload it...

600 dpi is always preferred. You can always scale down from something too big, but not the other way around, as the quality will take a hit.
