Anyone know why Turtles in Time re-shelled was pulled from the Playstation Network?

Something to do with the publisher no longer having the TMNT license or something iirc.

That really sucks!  This is why I hate downloadable games.  I wish Games like that and Mega Man 9 and 10 were available for tangible purchase.  At least then you could buy them used.  Fuck next gen consoles!

Nooooooooooooooo I was going to buy an xbox just to have both on one console!!!  I wonder if TMNT (NES) is still on the Wii Virtual Console?

Yeah, since the last two Mega Man games were done as 8-bit versions, I was hoping Capcom would've released them in cartridge form, like the first 7 were. Sadly, that didn't happen. :(

Maybe some clever repro person manages to recreate them in cart form someday.
But that would take lot of work, as they were after all made for current gen consoles. :)

It is Mega Man's 25th anniversary this year so maybe we will get actual game discs with parts 1-10, just like they put all 8 at the time on one disc for the ps2, xbox and gamecube for his 15th anniversary.  Another blessing would be a tangible disc with the 5 original tmnt games:
TMNT (NES)
TMNT II - The Arcade Game (NES)
TMNT III - The Manhattan Project (NES)
TMNT IV - Turtles In Time (SNES)
TMNT - The Hyperstone Heist (Genesis)

This is why I am not looking forward to the digital age.  Even though I did buy the game last year on XBLA.  From my understanding I can only download it a certain number of times after deleating or something weird happening before I would have to buy it again.

Seems to me like the digital age is just wanting to part fools and their money.  Like I tell my friends when I cannot purchase a physical copy of a game.  I quit buying games.

I often wonder about games with down loadable content and up dates.   Such as with Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X it had an update that fixed some serious hud display problem.   What happens 20 yrs from now when I want to go back and play thru it again?  Is this update still going to be available?

I guess we will never get TMNT 2, 3, 4 or The Hyperstone Heist.....
