Wii Covers Converted to Fit With Cases

Could anyone make the covers for these Wii games fit these cases?

Dimensions:  

5 1/2" x 4 7/8"x 8/16ths"

or

5 5/8" (Length) x 4 7/8" (Width) x 7/16" (Depth).

What I want to do is downsize these Wii covers to smaller cases like the PS1 game covers that can be for DVD or CD cases.

I just got a reply from an eBay seller and he said that he would sell me thirty of those white DVD poly cases and twelve of the black for $20 and that includes shipping and handling.
