That's probably because we don't have covers for most of 'em. ;)
I've done Ring King and Rambo off-book (so no complaining about the quality, or lack thereof ;D ), but the rest probably don't have covers made yet. See the links below for the ones I could find.

Section Z is only available as a PAL version, and I know you have the box for Stealth ATF which is also PAL/EU (not sure if anyone made a cover for it or not). Rolling Thunder is one of the boxes that BGC scanned in but AFAIK nobody's done a cover for it. Someone scanned in Captain America but it was too blurry to be usable. I definitely need all of those myself along with Dragon Power (never seen anything on this game) and Defender 2, so if they're out there, cough 'em up!

Well if you don't know where it is, then I wouldn't call it safe at all! Your Othello box could be in the hands of evildoers...or even worse...SEGA FANS! :o
Therefore I must insist that whatever you are doing right now you stop and devote all your time to looking for it. The poor box could be in danger and you may be its last hope! You don't want to live with that on your conscience, do you? What if something happens to it that you could have prevented? You'd never be able to live with yourself! Go forth, and conquer...er...find your Othello box! ;D
