Looking for dvd/GC case cover for the GameCube- game boy player start up disc.
I have never owned the Original packaging for the disc.
I'm not sure what the original packaging would look like.

i searched forum + site with no results for this cover.
I would think many other users would find a use for this cover.

p.s. please let me know if I'm making any noooob mistakes with this post.

Thanks

The actual retail case is a clear, much-smaller-than-normal plastic case that has this card thingy inside.

A simple google search would show you exactly what it looks like.

Never knew that the japanese gamecube cases were so much smaller. I always thought they used something like the US or PAL cases...

Did the japanese cases have an outer sleeve or just a cardboard slip like the gba player?

A quick look at ebay auctions for japanese gamecube games shows that they came with cardboard slipcases.

I know they have the cardboard slip cases but i was wondering if there is also a slip cover w/ a sleeve under the cardboard. I don't think there is but I've always wondered.

No, unfortunately just the cardboard sleeve.  No plastic to put art in.  I just like the fact they are so small -  the manuals feel and look great too.

True. The US Game Boy Player start-up disc came in a Japanese game case:

But the Japanese Game Boy Player start-up disc came in it's very one one-of-a-kind purple case with a Game Boy Advance cart slot:
