I am thinking of going SLIM case for my games, because at retail stores they sell 25 pack slim cases in 5 translucent colors, but which system should get which color?
Green=Xbox (obviously)
Blue=Sega CD (or?)
Yellow= Sega Saturn
Purple=?
Pink=?
and I also got Black box of cases..for Dreamcast?
Once i get started, i want to be consistant, but i'd like to put blue to a different system since i already did those covers all at Office Max. They are too nice to redo(for now( and too many to redo.

Blue would be nice for Dreamcast as well.

In a perfect world if you could choose the colors ...
Green - Xbox
Blue - Sega CD
White - Sega Saturn
Orange - Dreamcast
Gray - PlayStation One
with those provided colors if you must use all of them I'd probably do ...
Green - Xbox (obvious)
Blue - Sega CD (obvious)
Yellow - ...i have no idea ... Turbo CD?
Purple - Sega Saturn (Saturn logo is bluish purple)
Pink - PlayStation One? (the square button is pink)

I picked gold for Saturn (the translucent yellow looks a bit like gold) because alot of my games are from Japan, and have that gold color dominating them and the american games have gold stripes.
I thot black=PS1/2/3 games, maybe? since black is the most plentiful.
But pink? i am stumped. Thanx for the input!
Now, i can use the same color for multiple game systems, so what about Neo Geo CD? or Amiga CD? or 3DO? or CD-i?
-
For some reason, i have Translucent Red and Clear cases too. I think it's a different brand(I used to get these at Wal-Mart, but they just stopped carrying them, and now this last batch with the colors i listed above, are from Target).
So, what would Red be? Clear?
Red=Atari Jaguar? or Amiga?
Clear=Wii?
-
why would you put wii games in clear cases? They look very nice in the white ones they are in already plus it saves time to not recase them.
-
because i don't have white cases. And often I get games at GameStop that have generic covers, so when i have to make a cover, i'd prefer to make them slim. If i had white, i'd use it. It's not available anywhere i know of.

2 slimlines = 1 regular DVD. To me, that would save sooooooooo much space in my room

exactly! When i started this project i used the covers directly from here. They look pretty, and my Sega CD games once again have a home...but 500 covers later, my collection is running out of room, and is still growing. So, I'm being proactive now. The slim cases actually look GREAT! the translucent colors really add to the nice look.

Is purple a good color for Neo Geo CD? I wish there was RED instead of PINK.
