Title: Two New Gurus
Post by: Doom on April 21, 2010, 04:31:48 PM: Akumu and Jigsaw are now Cover Gurus. Keep up the good work!

On a sadder note, the following users are no longer Cover Gurus / Cover Admins.
Lish (last login 8th of September)
Lumberjack42 (last login 17th of April)
SMMM (last login 29th of November)

Snowcone implemented new anti-spam measures earlier this week. These measures seem to be working already, with only a few spam topics since the update.

AppleQueso, UncleBob, and z0mbiew0lf are now Forum Admins! This is a brand new user class that is basically a cover admin, but the "break everything" button is unavailable to them.

Existing Cover Gurus now have the same powers as the new Forum Admins.

I haven't seen anything either - Can't say for certain since either the moderation log isn't active or I just don't have access to it - but I just haven't seen a single piece of SPAM in awhile.

Look at these stats (http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?action=mlist;sort=posts;start=0), then look at the first user who has never held a position of authority at TCP. ;)

Hahaha, that's great. Now, I don't save my messages. Once I read them and respond to them if necessary I delete them. But honestly, in all my nearly 4 years as a member I'm not sure if I had a total of 191 messages even if I had saved every single one I got :D

I'm basically always logged in, but always when I empty my internet history, I'm momentarily logged of, 5-20 seconds max. I've bee like that since I joined the community.
