Is there anyway to download all US covers in a zip file vs downloading them all one by one?

The cost it would strain on the server (along with SnowCone's pockets) would be detrimental.  He already doesn't ask us for money.  Having a download all button would kill the site within minutes (due to bots and scrapes).  Unless you want to donate $250,000?
