Was "encouraged" to continue renovations of my livingroom/gameroom.
So I bought 2 cans of white primer and painted some lengths of wood and roof trusses white.
I need at least 4 cans more it seems, as as suspected the wood needs at least another coat of primer.
And then gotta decide end colour for the boards.
I'll revive the renovation topic and post some pictures tomorrow.

Received Switch version of Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster: FF35th Anniversary Edition.
Also Received notise that my normal copy of Tears of the Kingdom was sent today.
No it all depends on how fast mail hauls their butt.

Was out in Cincinnati over the weekend as my wife was doing the Flying Pig Marathon there so I got a chance to hit some game stores, toy stores, disc replays, and half price books. Was really happy to finally knock off the John Madden Championship Edition off my list even if it's not the best of shape. Got some great deals on PS4 games and was excited to find Runner 3 which is a Nicalis online exclusive. It was about half the price of what it is on their site and brand new. Last pic is some toy pick ups. Some more Battle Beasts and one of the few M.A.S.K. vehicles I still needed.

I just got message that my copy of Tears of the Kingdom Collector's Edition and 2 copies of Tears of the Kingdom Link Amiibo were sent, so chances just got bit better that I'll be playing on Wed/Thu. 8)

Here in Germany a lot of people are cancelling their order for the TOTK Collector's Edition.
Although the MSRP was set at 129€ by Nintendo, many retailers (including Amazon) raised the price to 150€. People were hoping this price was only temporary, but no... It seems retailers are scalping here too now...
For 150€ it just does not seem worth it.
The CE does not even include a statue like previous CEs did at a cheaper price.

Yeah bit disapointed for the content as well too, but gotta catch'em all. Ya know.
But with the current inflation quite understandable.
I ordered 2. One was 129.95 and other 139.
The first place is big retailer and the second tiny independent shop in super expensive (probably the most expensive one to rent space in in this tiny country) shopping center so I understand the mark up.
But I did check the prices and now five shops are selling it at 150+PP, one 160+PP and two 170+PP. and that is including the biggest chains in here.

I guess we'll not be seeing each other for few weeks dear sun.

My copy of Tears of the Kingdom didn't arrive until around 9:00 PM, so I got a late start, but I'm still enjoying the game. It's obviously going to be very similar to BOTW, but that was to be expected and is totally fine with me. All other gaming on hold in my house for the near future.
Both of my kinds started their own game saves as well. We might be fighting over who gets to play this one.
Maybe I'll buy another copy since we have two Switches........
