Not sure what the submission rules are. I buy and sell a lot of games, but I didn't see an option to upload this.

That’s a pretty good raw scan and has a good chance of being approved for upload on the main site. Just a heads up, when hosting images on other sites, try avoiding Imgur as they compress image quality. A popular hosting site many on here use is mediafire
