At quick glance maybe as altough we have/had hyper strickt standarts we might have loosened them a bit as not enough perfect covers are created.
Biggest thing is that it is 72DPI, although it seems to be just corrupted pixel size data as pixel count is correct but the size is bath towel so easy to fix and might with some print programs show correctly.
Some dirt spots on top right corner of front and some here and there.
Also the white texts on the spine should be edited out.
Over all pretty great cover.

To me, both the front and back look stretched, and quality of original scans is not that great.

Spine and DPI OK.
Front white texts were OK, and actually removing them by stretching the image made things way worse as the image looks even more squished width wise.
I don't think making cover directly from the Japanese box works because of the box being so wide.
It would need to be total rebuild.
If one would find this https://starfywiki.org/wiki/File:DnS_Flyer2.jpg and scan it making the front would be easy as this image has more stuff heightwise.
Back would have to be total custom.
The Wright cover's back too needs custom build.
Front just needs re-arranging, I'll do quick mock up in a bit
