I had originally placed this in the Request thread, but since I discovered this thread, and am just looking for a scan of the original CD case inlay and not a DVD cover, I thought I'd place it here too:

Hi all, After seeing the great work that has been done by all, I am very glad to come across this site!

I wasn't sure if this was the right Forum topic to be making this request, but here goes:

I recently purchased this game on eBay, and while the disc and manual are in excellent condition, the case's inlay looks like someone just crumbled it up, flattened it out, and stuck it back in the case! In short, it looks horrible, and the sides were also torn and partially missing. It would be very much appreciated if someone has the U.S. version of the game and could scan both sides of the CD case's inlay for me to recreate it.

To show my appreciation, I would gladly take the time to scan the covers of any of my PS1 and Dreamcast games, in case anyone wants the assets to create custom DVD covers with them. Here is a list of the games I have. if anyone is interested, please reply below, and I'll upload as time permits. I know that some of these have been done already, but I decided to list my entire collection for each platform anyway:
