Title: PSone Demo Disc

Greetings amazing folks of the interwebs!

I have a strange request.  I'm looking to have a cover for my PSone Demo Disc for a standard dvd case.  I haven't been able to find it through search.  I know it's a silly thing to want protected, but it came with my PSone when I first got it years ago and have held onto it all this time.  I've since lost the cardboard it came in.  It's the demo that comes with Disney's Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Twisted Metal Small Brawl, X-Men Mutant Academy 2, and Barbi Explorer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Oh yeah, that was one of the last pack in PSone demos they made.
