Well, I have a bunch of covers I want to post, but I was never sure what the right thread was to put 'em.
And since uploading to the main site is down again, I'm making my own.
This thread is going to be just whatever I got my hands in, mainly NES and Genesis, along with some basic notes about their creation.
Not full blogging, but enough to get across what I did.
So to start things off...

-different Mindscape logo (not 100% accurate, but matching shenske's other Mindscape covers)

-Barcode moved to right
-Environmental tips box
-"The Blue Marble" in BG behind title
-Rewritten copyright text
Mega Man 1 - Custom

-uses slightly-less gagworthy art (European release), and consistent with the rest of the series
-Format based on Mega Man 4 (a hypothetical reprint at the series' then-peak saturation)
-Half-custom blurb text, the rest taken from eShop listing.
Mega Man 6 - Custom

-Remake of the ultra-rare, if not cancelled Capcom-published version of MM6, the front cover & cartridge label seen in MM Legacy Collection's gallery.
-Format based on Mighty Final Fight, Capcom's last NES game
