Title: Case Size Limit?

I am trying to upload this cover,
however when its done it just takes me back to the upload page.
What is the limit and how do i upload this (have to reduce quality?) ?

Specs:
Case Type: Front/Back Tri-Fold
417.24x261.70 millimeters

300dpi
27.3mb ( :o )
4928x3081 pixels

bumping it down to just 96 or so percent quality will shrink the filesize dramatically without any real noticable compression artifacts.

I am pretty sure 25Mb is the limit for uploading a cover.
